Obituary:  Floyd Williams died late last night at his temporary residence near the waterworks. Mr. Williams was a member of the Modern Woodmen. He was thirty six years of age and was well known throughout the central states as a professional violinist. He came here from Eldora, Iowa, a short time ago. He is survived by a wife and child.

Obituary:  Gaffney- Forrest B. Williams, 65, husband of Mrs. Anna Mae Cannon Williams, of Gaffney Route 7, died 11:45 p.m. Monday in Cherokee County Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Lifelong resident of Cherokee County; son of the late Henry E. and Artie Martin Williams; a farmer; member of New Pleasant Baptist Church.

Also surviving; sons, Belton and Paul Williams of Gaffney, Route 7; daughter, Miss Margie Williams of Gaffney Route 7; brothers, Parley, James Carlos and Jessie Williams of Gaffney Route 7, Curtis Williams of Gaffney Route 3; sister, Mrs. Lillie Orr of Gaffney Route 7.

Obituary:  Frances Burton Williams, Jr., 72, of , Spartanburg , died July 6, 2000 in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center . A native of Converse,S.C. he was the son of the late France Burton Williams, Sr. and Nancy Frost Williams. He was employed with Fluor Daniel for over 30 years and was a Baptist. He was a veteran of the U.S.Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Helen Thompson, of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Shelly and Keith Montjoy of Spartanburg; two sons, Terry Williams and Kenny Williams of Pensacola, FL.; eight grandchildren, Christina Gomez, Steven Gomez, and Jamie Gomez, raised in the home and Justin Montjoy, all of Spartanburg and Chris Williams, Joel Williams, Kenny Williams, and Damion Williams, all of Pensacola,F.L.; a brother, Willie Lee ( Bill ) Williams of Arcadia. Hwas preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Gomez. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 7, 2000 at the home, . Graveside service will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, July 8, 2000 in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Joe Mosley. Memorials may be made to: Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children, 950 West Farris Road , Greenville , SC. 29605.

Obituary:  Gaffney- Frances Cash Williams, 57, of 1414 East Frederick St. , died yesterday in Cherokee Memorial Hospital . A native of Cherokee County , she was the wife of Roy A. Williams of Gaffney and daughter of N.Loren Cash and the late Myrtle Painter Cash.

Survivors include two daughters, Sharon McAbee of Gaffney and Sara Huitt of Grover, N.C.; five sons, Kent and Jon Williams of Gaffney, Rick Williams of Spartanburg , Frank Williams of Virginia Beach , Va. And Steve Williams of Myrtle Beach ; three sister, Martha Hayes and Betty Benton and Lorene Stapleton of Gaffney; a brother, Richard Cash of Hunington , Kansas ; and 16 grandchildren. Shuford- Hatcher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
