Lineage:  I am researching the ancestors and descendants of Dr. Robert Williams b. 25 Aug 1758 Pitt, North Carolina, USA d. 12 Oct 1840 Pitt, North Carolina, USA. He was a surgeon in the Revolutionary War. He had 3 wives: Fanny RANDOLPH (b. Abt. 1762 d. 04 Dec 1790) with whom he had 2 children, Nancy Ann HAYWOOD (b. Abt. 1762 d. 13 Nov 1800) with whom he had 3 children (I am descended from their son Robert Franklin John Haywood WILLIAMS), and Elizabeth ELLIS with whom he had 7 or 8 children. Dr Williams was an early landowner in Greenville NC and I believe he had a plantation near Falkland NC. Any information will be appreciated!
